The 3rd Harmony of Hearts Young Art Exhibition Submission
Window Opens on September 21, 2025 and Closed on January 31, 2026.
It's time, 2026.
What does time mean to you?
How to...
~ A fleeting memory from yesterday?
~ A ticking clock that never stops?
~ A quiet pause that heals?
~ Or a dream waiting in the future?
Step1: Get to Know the Exhibition Theme: "Boundless" Creative Minds, Endless Time
Step 2: Make sure your piece is complete, polished, and meets the exhibition’s size and medium requirements. Accepted mediums include oil, watercolor, pastel, acrylic, spray paint, ink wash, encaustic, digital art, sculpture, and pottery.
-
Paintings under 18" × 24" will be framed at no cost.
-
Larger works must be framed, mounted, or created on canvas by the artist.
-
Sculptures/3D works are measured by height, width, and depth. For fragile pieces, submit photos or video first and bring the artwork only if selected.
Step3: Photograph or Scan Your Artwork
Take a clear, high-resolution photo or scan with good lighting. Save the file as JPEG or PNG. If selected, this image will be used in the printed artbook.
Step4: Prepare Your Personal Essay or Short Film
Write a brief essay (up to 500 words) or create a short film (up to 3 minutes) about your inspiration and interpretation of the theme. Films should be in MP4 format and uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo. Selected films may be shown during the exhibition, and essays will appear on the artwork label and in the artbook.
Step5: Complete the Submission Form
Fill out all required information, including your name, contact details, artwork title, medium, dimensions, and your essay or film link. If submitting an essay, follow the form instructions to paste the text or upload your file.
Step6: Upload Your Artwork on the Submission Form
Use the upload button to submit your photo or scan. Name your file with your full name and artwork title (e.g., JaneDoe_HarmonyInNature.jpeg).
Step7: Packaging/Labeling
Package your artwork securely, especially if it is fragile. Clearly label it with your full name, contact information, and artwork title to ensure proper handling and identification.
