Polaris Education Foundation was founded in California in 2022 by six professionals who understood that the achievement gap for students in underserved communities is not one of intelligence, but of resources.
Our mission
To help young people from underserved communities make their way from elementary school to high school, and arrive ready for college.
We combine tutoring, mentoring and enrichment with a culture of high standards: we raise expectations, broaden dreams, and give students a toolkit for what comes next.
