Eligibility: Students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 from the Inland Empire are invited to participate.
Group I — Elementary School (Grades K–5)
Group II — Middle School (Grades 6–8)
Group III — High School (Grades 9–12)

Harmony of Hearts gives young artists a place to be seen, heard, and celebrated while bringing schools, families, artists, and communities together through art.The California Arts Council's 2026–27 award provides very strong third-party validation: it describes the 4th annual exhibition as a free community-based program serving underserved K–12 youth, including multilingual families and youth with disabilities.
